the angel & the fairy

Once upon a time…

What can you do to be with each other? Does the magic of love only appeared in the stories or our ideal fantasies?

There was an angel from heaven and a fairy from Neverland, one night they’ve met in each other in their dreams, they started dancing without exchanging words of introduction. 

The snow white wings were flapping behind the angel’s back, sounds like the sweetest and the most romantic melody, each feather was breathing smoothly like singing; meanwhile the fairy started to fall into his bright brown eyes, being enchanted by his genuine smile, she didn’t even notice how beautiful her wings began to shine, sparkling dust falling from her. The blood rash faster with rhythm from his heart, and they were holding each other tightly.  

They fell in love with each other by each minute, every night they got lost in their dreams, their dance became over power than any language. Their voices started to echo in their heads without anyone else can hear, love, has became a point that they don’t need to spoke out loud, because they’re both living in it.

However, this isn’t like the romantic myth of Venus and Adonis…

They were being tightened by two opposite land. One is the up Heaven who lives to serve the God, one is the lost Neverland where no one but only children can get there at night, then lost forever. 

There’s only one that could seek for answers- the Azrael, who sat in his thorn. His seven snake-like faces hissing with excitement. It wasn’t a pleasant place, not only because of the darkness or loudness, but is also a kingdom of abandon and lost, with the power that weaken every living creature’s courage and strength of living. One glance into the burning flame they saw inferno full of lost souls who were human before and demons who were once the followers of God ages ago.
The angel and the fairy were only desperate to find out what to do to be together in this life even it’s forbidden.
 
Azrael said straightly, he was delight that he wouldn’t need to make up any answers: “One of them had to make sacrifice to go and stay where the other’s lives. The angel must cut off his wings, because he had to be a morale that able to live in Neverland like a lost boy.”

Then Azrael turn to the fairy, said she must get rid of her magic, so that she could leave freely under Peter Pan’s watch. Because Peter Pan is the master of the island, he could lock everyone by binding their magic, no one could enter or leave without his permission.

The angel and the fairy both fall into silent.

The angel thought: “For a fairy get rid of magic, meant the betrayal of Peter Pan, she’ll be under his curse indefinitely. 

“Cutting the wings, meant the angel must abandon God, fallen from Heaven like demons.” The fairy thought.

“We should give a thought before making decision.” Said the angel. It’s for us…the fairy nodded. 

However, they both did quietly for themselves…

When wingless angel fell on Neverland, Pan heartlessly told him that she had left, for that he could never leave the island because there’s nowhere else he could hide from facing the ultimate trial, he must became one of the lost boy serves Pan for a lifetime. 

When the fairy broke the magic bond with Pan, Neverland reach to Heaven. God told her that the angel she had sacrificed to has gave up the immortal life then left, and for that she must waited in inferno to replace his punishment as a fallen angel because there is nowhere else she’s allow to live after what they’ve done. 

However neither of them gave up on hope, because they knew that they have made a promise to each other, they would rather reborn in a life which they can be together. With such powerful bond and belief they both chose death, put all their faith into the “next live”. Some call it destiny some call it debt, they called it LOVE. When angel drank the toxicant, when fairy walked in the flame, they both held their wishes until the strings of their lives broke.

Wishes granted, here comes their new lives…
