Immerse yourself in The Metropolitan Monster Museum of Art | Monster Costume Institute, with festivities in Washington, D.C., specifically in the captivating Vincent Price period rooms.

Unveiling the Theme
Prepare to be mesmerized by the “Gothic Black” haute couture collections of the late Adolphus Werewolf, serving as this year’s theme.

Monster Costume Institute
Since the 1100s, the Monster Costume Institute has been a treasure trove of dresses, jewelry, and fashion accessories for monster men, women, and children. Maintaining this institute is no small feat, so we hold an annual gala to raise funds for this cherished institution.

Purpose of the Monster Gala
The Monster Gala is not just a glamorous affair but a charity event supporting the Monster Costume Institute in Washington, D.C. Count Dracula, the trustee of the institute, hosts this annual Monster Gala a few days before Halloween, extending invitations to esteemed monster designers, monster fashion models, monster celebrities, monster Substack writers, and monster social media influencers.

Exhibition Highlights
From October 24 through October 31, the public will have the opportunity to marvel at the late monster designer Adolphus Werewolf’s exquisite “Gothic Black” haute couture collection.

Distinguished Gala Hosts
Prepare to be star-struck as this year’s Monster Gala is graced by a star-studded lineup of co-chairs, including Freddy Krueger, Witch Morticia Adams, Chucky, and Witch Ophelia. They will be joined by honorary chairs, renowned designer Norman Bates and Trustee Count Dracula.
