About Bangladesh Climatic Problem:

The Flood and The Storms are Climate Change Issue.

A glimpse of geological science, and a quick explanation.

These factors needs to be taken into thought process, for a better understanding of the flood caused, through discussion, the important points to be considered, and to plan to deal with flood,. There is an urgency to plan to get on with climatic care tasks.

In the Summer 2024, emphasized for An Action Plan.

I then again Re-emphasize on Climate Solution -Action Plan.





Cause Effect Matter

Climate change issue, is an urgent issue it needs urgent attention and action.

Mountain Glacier been melting by hot summer, caused precipitation. The rain fall and melting ice have been causing flood.


In Bangladesh, sudden flood out-broke, water running from India into Bangladesh through dams, caused flood, caused stress to East and south regions people of Bangladesh and people in Bangladesh are reacting towards India for opening the dams.

There in India also flooded in those nearby surrounding areas. The rain water does come from the mountains.



Caused of cyclones was due to the water mixing up with salinity, chemical types from refrigerator and air conditioning, other electrification in the air intensifies and pushes to cause cyclones, and storms.

Hottest summer, and the glaciers been melting by suns heat. There were cyclones in the regions too, the climate effected weather, no planned Work done in dealing with climatic alert issues.



There, the sediment erosion of the tectonic scales having impact on the river bed.



As I wrote, Tibet, Nepal, Bangladesh, India and Pakistan urgently need to begin working on an Action Plan for climate solution. The neighbouring countries must work in an agreement to make Action Plans (1) to be working on shared water management, shared distributions, and contributions. (2) To focus on task training people for to earthquake damage prevention, to minimise earthquake volumes and safety precautions. (3) Together, or separate with discussion, to in place, plan to gain knowledge and apply knowledge to deal with climate issues: Storm/cyclone, rain/flooding cause and effect. Sea level rising, adaptation and mitigation land protection and sustainability.

I Author and Dr Fatema Miah, Re-emphasize Action Plan/s must be set up for:

1) Climate, weather, flood management.

2) Earthquake, safety awareness.


Climate Solution, is must and Action is Urgently people in Bangladesh must begin, and for good Action and to be productive and successful, a plan is must be in placed. A framework, of Action Plan urgently, the people of Bangladesh must have. The 1st of all climate issues subject knowledge is must, a team of people need to be allocated, assigned onto, to work as a team on essential climate and weather conditions management.

Action Plan Framework.

1) Climate, weather, flood management.

The 1st point of Action Plan -

a) Team of knowledgeable people, to guide/lead. With well educated, understanding ability and with good plan to educate and act - on hand, be able to work on tasks, to demonstrate and be able to perform.

b) More people as for task force, to act on instructions. To carry out necessary work, good at taking instructions and being able on performing on the tasks.

c) More people, of different teams of assistance, to work on every tasks, to come and work as instructed.

There should be additional groups of people to be hired , for those a, b, c, to be ready to start as on emergency. And all the teams must be set up on allocated shifts. And people, well and able adults must be called on volunteers roles, to be taught and training given. People must be called on to work to their capacity and ability. The shifts to be rotate every week.

The 2nd point of Action Plan

a) Water management:

-Fresh Water to be restored.

-Rain Water to be directed and diverted.

b) Digging up work:

-Canals, lakes, and Rivers diving work must start.

- Reservoirs must be planned - digging .

-water drainage. To let the wiser run down, separate rubbish.


The 3rd point of Action Plan

a) The Rubbish management.

-All rubbish to be put in bins, collected centrally to tip.

- to Monitor the rubbish system followed by everyone.

- separate to recycle, to bury on, dump in rubbish holes.

b) Drains ways,

- cleaning, rubbish out of drain water.

- flood water to be directed to canals and rivers

- Toilet sewage (water) should not be let to mix and run out with rain water.
