“What are you doing here?” Glow Gal hissed as she glared at her brother, super Villain Dim Devil. “I need help, Gina.” David Dare, known to the public as the villain Dim Devil, looked at his sister Gina with pleading eyes.

Gina just looked at her brother, disappointed, and sighed. “Just ask your villain buddies for help. What do you possibly want with me-” “They’re dead Gina. All of the Villains. Killed by that new hero.” David sputtered with tears in his eyes.”And I think I’m next.”

Gina just stared at her brother in shock. The new hero, Mass destruction, had the power to create or destroy Matter with a thought. Gina thought that she was dangerous. The association loved her. Glow Gal was not the type to trust easily, given her family history.

The Dare siblings used to be close. Gina with her Light Manipulation abilities, And David with his Shadow Manipulation abilities. It was said that the two would be great heroes. But when Gina got accepted and David got rejected, He decided to help his sister in any way he can, even if it’s becoming a D-List villain that Glow Gal can defeat easily.

However, One day after a misstep from Dim Devil resulted in The Entire New Hope City to be Plunged in Darkness for Three Months. Dim Devil became the most hated Villain, Glow Gal became a laughing stock, resulting in her quitting the association and leaving to New Jersey. David Pleaded with his Sister. “Please Gina. I have Nowhere to go.”

Gina sighed and opened her door to let her disgraced brother in. She'd hated him for years, until he showed up at her door with nowhere else to go. Glow Gal and Dim Devil. Once Beloved siblings. Turned Bitter and disgraced Rivals.Turned Reluctant Allies.

The next day, the duo arrived in the City. They both have reasons to leave this city to it's fate. Glow Gal became the Laughing stock of The Hero Community. dim Devil Became the Most hated villain of the City. despite their Reputations, The Siblings still decide to save this City.

Because Mass Destruction didn't play by the Rules. Glow Gal and Dim Devil needed to teach this upstart a lesson. She needed to know that there was an unwritten rule of killing Villains.

You Don't Kill Villains, no matter how much suffering they've caused. And Mass Destructio will soon learn that Glow Gal and Dim Devil held back for the sake of the rules. Mass Destruction was about to discover that there was a reason Glow Gal and Dim Devil were about to win.

Glow Gal can't just manipulate light, She can become Light herself and travel through any electrical current, including the electrons that course through the human body.

Dim Devil can't just manipulate Shadows, He can outright Posses anything with a shadow., making them his Shadow Puppets.

The siblings have reached New Hope City. there weren't any person in that vicinity. The two held hands, Nodded at each other and Ran toward their next Battle.
