Earthquakes are the vibrations caused by build up pressure as I explained in the previous section. The underground surface which the rock breaks and moves is called a fault plane. Algorithms methods is used in seismology. Seismic Pressures released from the epicentre focus to the crust results in Earthquakes. Between the focus to the epicentre the pressures can spread out and it minimises waves’ pressure. Therefore, the above suggested induce seismic trend can be planned to induce seismic waves for lower magnitude to deter heavy damages. With man made earthquake destructive high magnitude earthquakes can be prevented. Yes, Fire safety precaution and Health issue are there alongside many other issues in Bangladesh. Though, the major prominent issue is the larking Earthquake in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is in the South East direction on the global South Coast.

There has been warnings for an imminent large earthquake threat in Bangladesh from large 3 tectonic plates and juncture 4. More research has shown that Bangladesh sits on a juncture of seven seismic tectonic plates moving in different directions and there high volume of seismic rapture pressures built in them ready to erupt in any moment and will cause high magnitude earthquake in Bangladesh and Dhaka a deadly densely populated city and packed with building structures are not earthquake durable, I made suggestion several years ago, for an immediate Plan should be in placed to work on seismic precautions. As I previously wrote that Dhaka should be planned to evacuated or to reduce the population soon with a plan to work on to induce seismicity. The threat remained imminent and Sylhet the 2nd capital of Bangladesh adjoining to Assam region, now came to the attention. In 1897 there was a high scale earthquake, from Dawki Fall, what shook and reshaped the region of Assam during British India, the greatest Sylhet was in Assam then. There hasn’t been such large scale of earthquake since then in that region.

Pressures been mounting since over 100 years. And on the 29-30 last weekend of May 21, frequent seismicity brought tension in people. The knowledgeable Individuals and the administrative team expressed the alert about the emerging of due Earthquake. The Earthquake prone zones around the world are marked and Bangladesh, the Dhaka is one of the high alert zones therefore, I proposed several years ago, an action plan must be put in place. According to the study, “if current injection practices continue, earthquake hazards are expected to decrease slowly.” Oklahoma’s induced earthquakes increased drastically in 2009 and peaked in 2015, according to Stanford University. In order to reduce the quakes, Oklahoma regulators mandated a 40 percent water injection reduction in early 2016. The number of earthquakes soon declined. The researchers’ predicted decrease in quakes over the next couple of years following this recent trend. Earthquake happens frequently due to the tectonics plates movements. Often small earthquakes pass through causing no harm at all and can be unnoticed by general people on the earthquake occurred land. Effects of some big earthquakes often are devastating. Big Earthquakes can destroy settlements, change landscapes, and cause many deaths. Earthquakes in the recent past has been very severe, caused destruction and large number of deaths in USA, Canada and especially in Asia.

The scientists and environmentalists do send alert messages of the emerging Earthquake forecast about the estimated alert zones, sadly despite scientific knowledge and method of advancement, people have been facing sudden shocking experiences of devastation of destructions and deaths by Natural Catastrophe, in this scientific world of advancement due to the negligence of the Governments and irresponsibility on the part of leaders and responsible individuals. Although an exact accurate time of earthquake cannot be predicted though using a statistic estimation; on the basis of knowledge about the under current scale, area of plate tectonics; by careful observation on the movements of the waves of the currents, the probability of time period is calculated by specialists hence the seismic condition been forecasted. The point inside the crust where the pressure is released is called the focus. Earthquake happens as pressure reaches the point on the surface of crust above the focus is called the epicentre. The Earthquake forecast reports are displayed on the Magnitude Scale and the forecasts of alerts are broadcasted on various Media sources.

I warned several years ago about the danger of densely populated country Bangladesh. The damages and deaths are caused by human errors and carelessness. Building structures must be built and maintained following proper recommended regulation to prevent damages. Buildings are built on incompact lands without measured regulatory safety procedures, without solid foundation and old building aren’t maintained or checked for safety. Most importantly forecasted, areas I strongly emphasised, should to be evacuated to prevent deaths.  Dhaka being, on devastating level of densely populated I urge the people must be warned to move out of the city to depopulate the city. The COVID-19, although forced people to move out of Dhaka, still it’s population density has changed, hasn’t lessen much at all. Dhaka is low lying land and having severe drainage problem, causes diseases and flooding. 

 The urgent focus point has became the good City and town, Sylhet. Sylhet bordering with Assam India, and Myanmar on the other side, what is sitting on two tectonic junctures. Sylhet alongside Assam is on the verge on Dawki fall, on the Indian tectonic scale to the North and the Eastern on the East. At the end of May 2021, in Sylhet there suddenly began frequent seismicity, scared the people there and drew attentions. I proposed, in Sylhet, Bangladesh, people to dig up some boreholes with tube well pump Kits immediately to induce seismic pressures to divide pressure, to avoid large scale seismicity because Sylhet is under emergency for Earthquake threat. The induce I supposed must have been done Immediately, by 3rd of June. I emailed Bangladeshi channel in UK. Then again I wrote the next day. Due to political abuses, and injustice world facing such devastation and destruction. The Storms and tornadoes are intensified on the ocean currents. They are because of human sins/committed injustices. Politics abuses and negligence must be stopped. Bangladesh is under severe threat. There Ocean aggravated, sea storms emerging. When the Seismic eruption lurking with storm threat, its devastating.



I repeated, I made urge few days later again, In Bangladesh induce earthquakes must be done, immediately, Urgent before the 5th of June 21. The Bangladesh governments Authority having negligence attitude therefore, in the 1st place the situation has come to the stage of emergency there in Bangladesh.

They will moan that they don't have the kits, and therefore, I made suggestion as such: Simple task of creating boreholes about 6-10 around East and North, some more than 2.4 km apart, with tube well kits, will release the pressure with any jolts into minor divided seismicity.

Again I emphasised, when authority don't care people of communities, in groups must go and dig boreholes, with tube well pump kits, pipes, immediately to induce seismic pressures to divided the pressure down, to avoid a large scale earthquake. More earthquake jolts occurred again week later. Still they neither taken step or preparation to induce seismic waves. 

Meanwhile, more natural gas type further much more than the previous existing running gas, appeared to be discovered in the near by location in that regio-n in Sylhet.

I explained, for Seismic induce, the boreholes to be dig up and must be filled with fresh clean water. For such danger threat government permission agreement not needed, as emergency people have right to protect their homes and town. People shouldn't wrongly to demonstrate for school opening, against government when it is an emergency, threatening situation. The Media have right of exercise for the good of public. “As it is an under emergency situation, wish to give a pertinent response which can provide remediation and relief to the situation : The details are as below indicated, which can be implemented on ground. The guidelines as indicated below may be followed to off set the adverse effects of seismicity:

1. Is it possible to assess the levels of ground water, ie., at how much depth it is got. If it is very deep say 20 metres below ground level, Then it needs to be improved by water harvesting done at ground water.

2. This process is termed as " clean- water harvesting " it is done using rain - water. If the situation is critical, then clean water is used to fill up the aquifers.

3. Therefore 4 Nos 150mm bore holes made up to the ground water level and clean water is led into these holes.

4. The water led in these bore holes, would permeate to surround areas and provide freshness and greens.

5. This spread of moist and semi moist soil would provide the cushion effect at the time of tremors and shocks will be absorbed.

6. The above indicated effects on cause, if it occurs then it would be beneficial to the said precinct areas at Sylhet.

7. The hypothesis indicated may be assessed and verified so that benefits are drawn. If benefits are gained ie, by observing at shock times, the effects are minimal, then it can be progressed for longer duration and at larger spaces.
